This Guaranteed USA Signups Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Traffic Techniques (“Provider,” “We,” or “Us”) and the purchaser (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) upon the purchase of any Guaranteed USA Signup (“GSU”) package. By placing an order, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Description of Service

Traffic Techniques provides Guaranteed USA Signups, defined as U.S.-based visitors who voluntarily submit their information through Your signup page. A signup is counted when a visitor completes Your designated free offer form and successfully submits valid information.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To protect data integrity and compliance:

• Your program must offer a free service or free information.

• Users must not be required to make any payment before completing the initial free process.

• Programs requesting quotes, financial information, or sensitive personal data are not accepted.

• If Your submitted URL does not meet these requirements, Your campaign may be suspended and subject to a 10% administrative fee unless corrected.

3. Delivery Timeline

Guaranteed USA Signups are generated from multiple advertising channels including targeted networks, PPC sources, expired domains, print media, TV, and radio placements.
Because leads are delivered naturally and non-incentivized:

• No specific delivery time is guaranteed.

• Campaigns run continuously until the full amount of purchased GSUs is delivered.

• Lead flow may vary depending on offer quality, market factors, and audience engagement.

4. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

All signups are routed through a secure tracking script that records:

• Visitor activity

• Signup details submitted

• Verification data stored on our server as proof of delivery

This information is accessible to You via Your stats dashboard. Data containing sensitive information will never be collected.

5. Lead Quality & Validity

A signup counts as valid when:

• The visitor is U.S.-based

• The signup form is completed with real, non-fraudulent information

• The submission is successfully recorded by our tracking system

Invalid or duplicate signups detected on our end will not be counted toward Your total.

6. Refund Policy

Because GSUs are delivered through paid advertising channels:

• All sales are final.

• Refunds are not issued once a campaign begins.

• If Your program violates our guidelines, You may update Your URL or receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide an accurate and functional signup page

• Ensure Your free offer requires no payment before completion

• Maintain working links, forms, and tracking elements

• Not promote or require sensitive personal or financial data

Any failure to maintain these requirements may delay or suspend Your campaign.

8. Limitation of Liability

Traffic Techniques is not responsible for:

• Conversion rates

• Sales outcomes

• User actions after signup

• Technical issues on Your website

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our responsibility is limited solely to delivering the number of GSUs purchased.

9. Campaign Termination

We reserve the right to pause or terminate campaigns that:

• Violate these terms

• Present misleading or harmful content

• Request prohibited information

In such cases, You may update Your URL or be subject to the administrative fee noted above.

10. Acceptance of Agreement

By placing an order for Guaranteed USA Signups, You agree to all terms in this Agreement. Continued use of our service constitutes ongoing acceptance.
